Group NewJeans is making waves even in karaoke rooms.

On the 16th, Golden Entertainment reported that NewJeans has successfully debuted in Japan, becoming a popular choice at Golden Karaoke Rooms.

NewJeans' recent performance at their Japan fan meeting (Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome) created a buzz, making a significant impact in karaoke venues.

During the Tokyo Dome concert in June, Hanni of NewJeans performed Matsuda Seiko's 1980s Japanese classic 'Blue Coral'. Following this, the song skyrocketed to first place on the Golden Karaoke chart in Japan.

The instrumental video of the performance on Golden Karaoke's official YouTube channel also topped the real-time views, highlighting NewJeans' immense popularity.

The group has garnered extensive attention in Korea and Japan, with Japanese newspapers featuring them prominently.

NewJeans' debut Japanese single 'Supernatural', featuring the smooth vocals of its members in a New Jack Swing style, has captured hearts. The involvement of global pop star Pharrell Williams in the credits generated significant excitement, leading to domination of major Japanese album and music charts upon release.

Despite being a Japanese single, 'Supernatural' has also gained substantial popularity in Korea, topping not only Golden Karaoke charts but also domestic music charts, marking a remarkable achievement.
