"We are disappointed that the press conference regarding the contract termination was planned and conducted without sufficient review, even before receiving a response to the certified letter.

As a party to the exclusive contract, ADOR has not violated the contract, and the claim of a unilateral breakdown of trust does not constitute grounds for termination.

The exclusive contract between ADOR and the NewJeans members remains valid. Therefore, we ask that NewJeans continue working with ADOR as they have been for their future schedules.

We have repeatedly requested meetings with the artists, but they were not successful. We hope they can now open their hearts, meet, and have an honest conversation.
