Dreamcatcher, the girl group with members JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Yoohyeon, Dami, Handong, and Gahyeon, has big dreams. They want to make it onto the US Billboard chart!
On the afternoon of the 10th, Dreamcatcher held a showcase for their tenth mini-album 'VirtuouS' at Ilji Art Hall in Seoul. Sadly, Siyeon couldn't be there because she hasn't been feeling well and is dealing with anxiety.
Leader JiU talked about their goal for the new album. "First of all, I want to enter the Billboard chart," JiU said. "After that, I want to be invited to many music festivals around the world. I want to meet fans from all over the world."
Dami shared some fun stories from recording the new album. She said, "It felt like watching a vocal strength show. Each song was so energetic that I wondered if we could pull it off while practicing. We paid extra attention to ensure this energy could be conveyed to the listeners."
'VirtuouS' wraps up their two-part parallel universe series. The last album, 'VillainS,' was about the power of a magical crown. This time, they show their strong will and end their journey in a grand way.
The title track 'JUSTICE' is all about fighting against evil. Dreamcatcher sees themselves as heroes and wants to inspire K-pop fans with their strong spirit and boldness.
Dreamcatcher's tenth mini-album 'VirtuouS' will be out at 6 PM on the 10th on various online music sites.
