    Since their debut mini album 'NEW DNA' last September, XG has gained attention not only in their home country but also internationally, notably in Japan and the United States. Their track 'GRL GVNG' topped the U.S. Billboard chart 'Hot Trending Songs Powered by Twitter', while 'NEW DNA' also claimed the number one spot on Japan's Oricon Weekly Digital Album Chart and Billboard Japan's Hot Album Chart.

    XG's continuous growth is evident in their ongoing world tour 'The first HOWL'. In May, their concert in Japan drew an audience of approximately 55,000.     He sighed, recalling, "That day, I fell. I fell and created so many memes. Even now, I look back and think, 'How did I walk that quickly on the red carpet?'"

    Laughing at his own clumsiness, he admitted, "I was moving at the speed of light, no composure, no focus. Honestly, more than the joy of winning the award, that day was chaotic and so embarrassing for me."
