• ZEROBASEONE's Sung Hanbin Shows Off MC Skills on 'M Countdown' and 'I-LAND 2'

    ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) member Sung Hanbin is proving he's got top-notch MC skills! On July 4th, he appeared as the storyteller for the live broadcast of Mnet's 'I-LAND 2: FINAL COUNTDOWN', celebrating the debut of the new group, IZNA.

    As the storyteller for part 2 of 'I-LAND 2', Sung Hanbin has been guiding the show's narrative and connecting the I-Mates and I-Landers. Being a former contestant on 'Boys Planet', which launched his career, he serves as a role model and supportive senior to the I-Landers.

    Sung Hanbin's polished hosting, trustworthy voice, excellent delivery, and narrative skills have earned him much praise. He's also the main MC of Mnet's 'M Countdown', where his deep love for K-POP shines through.

    On this day, Sung Hanbin debuted a new ash-colored hairstyle. Fellow ZEROBASEONE members Zhang Hao, Kim Tae Rae, and Han Yu Jin also showed off bold new hairstyles at the final event.

    ZEROBASEONE is excelling as '5th generation icons' both in Korea and internationally. They became the first K-POP group to achieve 'million-seller' status with three consecutive albums released within a day of their debut album. They officially debuted in Japan with their first single 'ゆらゆら -運命の花-' in March and ranked first in sales among K-POP artists in the first half of the year.

    Riding on their global popularity, ZEROBASEONE will start their first overseas tour, '2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR', in Seoul from September 20-22, visiting eight cities worldwide.

    On the December 25th episode of You Quiz on the Block (Episode 274), Lee Min Ho made a guest appearance and reflected on his rise to fame.

    The actor, known for his iconic role as Goo Jun Pyo in Boys Over Flowers, won the Best New Actor award at the Baeksang Arts Awards, but it wasn’t just his victory that grabbed attention.

    Lee Min Ho recalled, "I was attending the Baeksang for the first time, and I was so excited. Since I wasn’t going as Goo Jun Pyo, but as Lee Min Ho, I styled my hair in a perm and was ready to go." However, things took an unexpected turn when he tripped and fell on the red carpet.

    He sighed, recalling, "That day, I fell. I fell and created so many memes. Even now, I look back and think, 'How did I walk that quickly on the red carpet?'"

    Laughing at his own clumsiness, he admitted, "I was moving at the speed of light, no composure, no focus. Honestly, more than the joy of winning the award, that day was chaotic and so embarrassing for me."

    Though his win was a highlight, Lee Min Ho humorously shared that the incident of tripping overshadowed the excitement of his achievement.

    It’s safe to say that while the fall became a funny meme, it also became a lesson in humility for the actor, and a moment that fans still remember to this day.
