BTS member Jimin's 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' has won over hearts in the UK, shining brightly with its impact.
The pre-release track from Jimin's upcoming second album 'MUSE', featuring Loco, debuted at 7th on the UK's 'The Official Big Top 40', making it the sole K-pop song in the top 10.
'The Official Big Top 40' in the UK compiles data from iTunes sales, Apple Music streams, radio plays, and more over a week, making it the UK's biggest radio chart show. 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' achieved this feat within just two days of tracking.
This marks another top 10 hit for Jimin, following his success with previous solo tracks like 'Like Crazy' from his first album 'FACE', 'Set Me Free Pt.2', 'Closer Than This', 'Angel Pt.1' from the 'Fast & Furious' soundtrack, his self-composed track 'Promise', and 'With You' from the tvN drama 'Our Blues', totaling 7 charted songs.
In addition to its top 10 debut, 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' also secured 8th place on the 'TOP 20 Official Trending Chart', the UK's largest official music chart.
The Official Charts noted that Jimin's Beatles-inspired track rose to 18th place in their midweek tally, released every Friday.
Known for his consistent chart success, 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' achieved significant acclaim shortly after its release, building anticipation for Jimin's forthcoming second solo album 'MUSE', set to be unveiled on the 19th.
