According to UPICK, a global fandom platform, Byeon Woo Seok clinched first place in the ‘Hot Character Awards’ voting, held from the 17th to the 28th of last month. He garnered an impressive 16,722,207 votes, securing the top spot. As a reward, Lotte World Mall Art Canvas will feature his victory.
Following Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Soo Hyun came in second, and ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo took third place in the rankings.
The ‘Hot Character Awards’ focuses on active actors in domestic dramas and movies.
The advertisement to be displayed at Lotte World Mall will showcase designs created directly by fans, adding special meaning for Byeon Woo Seok and his supporters.
Byeon Woo Seok gained prominence as a rising star in May with the success of the popular drama ‘Lovely Runner’. Recently, he has been engaging with fans worldwide through an Asian tour.

Meanwhile, UPICK has been selected as the official voting app for the ‘2024 K-World Dream Awards’. Leading up to the awards ceremony at Seoul Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on August 22nd, voting for the popularity award will open in early July, accompanied by a special ticket event for fans.
