Kim Woo Bin buys Big Hit Music's old office building in Seoul for 13.7 billion won
Actor Kim Woo Bin has made a big move in the real estate market by purchasing a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This building used to be the office for the famous group BTS.
On June 25th, AM Entertainment, Kim Woo Bin's agency, shared with Star News, "Kim Woo Bin has purchased a building located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul."
The real estate insiders say that this building was the former office of Big Hit Entertainment (now Big Hit Music), the company that launched BTS. Kim Woo Bin bought it for 13.7 billion won.
Big Hit Music was in this building from 2007 until they moved their office to Samseong-dong in 2018. Later, they changed their name to HYBE in 2020 and moved to Yongsan.
In other news, Kim Woo Bin will be starring in the upcoming Netflix original series 'Everything Will Come True'.
