Stray Kids' hit song 'Back Door' has achieved Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
According to an announcement on RIAA's official website on the 13th (local time), 'Back Door', the title track from Stray Kids' repackage album 'IN生' released on September 14, 2020, has officially been certified Gold. RIAA awards Gold certifications for songs that exceed 500,000 units in sales in the United States.
This marks Stray Kids' fifth RIAA Gold certification, adding to their achievements with singles like '神메뉴' (God's Menu), 'MANIAC', and albums such as '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' and '樂-STAR'.
'Back Door', written and composed by Stray Kids' producing team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han), gained international acclaim for its dynamic music and performance, showcasing the group's spirited energy.
Earlier this month on June 6, Stray Kids also received a Gold certification from the French music association SNEP for their mini album '樂-STAR', following their second Gold certification from SNEP for their 3rd full album '★★★★★ (5-STAR)'.
Stray Kids continue to shine on the global stage with upcoming performances at major music festivals, including 'I-Days' in Milan, Italy on July 12, 'BST Hyde Park' in London, UK on July 14, and 'Lollapalooza Chicago' in Chicago, USA on August 2, further solidifying their international presence.
