• Lee Hyori Moves Back to Seoul to Prepare for Busy Schedule but Express Regret in Leaving Jeju Island

Singer Lee Hyori has bid farewell to her tranquil life on Jeju Island as she prepares to relocate to Seoul, hinting at a packed schedule ahead.

On June 14th, Lee Hyori made a guest appearance on the YouTube channel 'Halmyeongsoo'. The two shared a cozy moment together, aiming to strengthen their bond.

Expressing his envy, Park Myung-soo mentioned Lee Hyori's recent decision to resume commercial endorsements after a hiatus.

Lee Hyori humbly responded, "I think if I had continued doing ads all along, people might not have sought me out. But since I stopped, they seem to have come looking."

Despite receiving numerous offers, Lee Hyori specifically visited Jeju Island for 'Halmyeongsoo'. Playfully, Park Myung-soo apologized, saying, "You came all the way from Jeju Island just for 'Halmyeongsoo', and we only ended up eating together."

However, her time commuting between Jeju Island and Seoul will soon come to an end. Lee Hyori is gearing up to relocate to Seoul to engage in more active endeavors.

She shared, "Once I'm settled in Seoul, my schedule will be much busier," heightening anticipation for her upcoming activities.

Despite her excitement for new opportunities, Lee Hyori expressed a sense of melancholy about leaving Jeju Island, confessing, "I feel regretful. When I decided to move, I felt sad right away. Now that I'm actually leaving, I regret leaving behind the bird songs and the sea."

During her time on Jeju Island, Lee Hyori cherished intimate moments, especially during her honeymoon period with her husband Lee Sang-soon. Reflecting on their relationship, she revealed, "Aside from minor disagreements early in our marriage, there haven't been any major issues. When I'm upset, I don't speak. We communicate through messages."

She also shared, "I religiously watched 'I Live Alone'. Every Wednesday night, Sang-soon and I would watch it together, no matter what. My favorite character is Sang-chul; I find his style charming."

Regarding aging gracefully, Lee Hyori emphasized, "I don't have specific expectations about aging. Just because I want to age in a certain way doesn't mean it will happen. At this moment, I'm not trying to force anything."

In her daily life, Lee Hyori remains candid on social media, sharing glimpses of her natural self. Recalling a past incident, she said, "Once, I posted a bare-faced selfie on Instagram confidently. Some commented, 'You're so confident even as you age.' Are they feeding them? I simply posted my bare face, but they omitted that part and focused on my confidence."

She added humorously, "These days, appearing without makeup and untouched by apps might surprise my friends when they see me." Upon hearing this, Park Myung-soo, known for his photography skills, promptly snapped a heartwarming photo of Lee Hyori, reminiscent of a soju advertisement, adding warmth to the atmosphere.
