• ILLIT's Wonhee to take Hiatus from Hannam University festival performance due to health concerns

    Some somber news for fans of ILLIT. It's been revealed that Wonhee will unfortunately be unable to grace the stage at Hannam University's festival due to health reasons.

    In a statement released on May 23 by BELIFT LAB, it was announced that Wonhee would not be able to join her fellow ILLIT members for their highly anticipated performance.

    The label disclosed, "Wonhee underwent medical treatment earlier today due to physical exhaustion. Consequently, she will be unable to participate in the Hannam University festival scheduled for today, May 23, based on medical advice."

    Further addressing fans and students of Hannam University, BELIFT LAB expressed, "We kindly ask for your understanding. The health and well-being of our artists are our utmost priority, and we are fully committed to adjusting their schedules accordingly. Our primary focus right now is on supporting Wonhee's recovery journey, so she can return to her fans in top form."

    On December 27, the 9th edition of the Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) was held at the IMPACT Challenger Hall 1-2 in Bangkok, Thailand, with hosts Ryu Jun Yeol, Jang Wonyoung, and Sung Hanbin leading the ceremony.

    Rosé took home the coveted Song of the Year award for her massive hit, "Apartment," a collaboration with Bruno Mars that took the music world by storm. In a heartfelt video message, Rosé expressed her gratitude, saying, "It is an honor, and I am so thankful to receive such a big award, Song of the Year, at 'AAA.' I want to thank all the staff and people who worked hard on my first full album Rosie, and most of all, thank you and I love our Number Ones."
