• Jung Ryeo Won and Wi Ha Joon of 'Midnight Romance in Hagwon' dazzle in 'Elle' magazine's latest pictorial

Co-stars of tvN’s upcoming weekend drama ‘The Midnight Romance in Hagwon’, Jung Ryeo Won and Wi Ha Joon, have posed for a captivating pictorial with ‘Elle’ magazine.

In their interview with the magazine, both co-stars opened up about their preparation process for their roles in ‘Midnight Romance’.

Jung Ryeo Won, who portrays the role of celebrity tutor Seo Hye Jin, shared, “Initially, I was unfamiliar with the various terms for college entrance exams and preparation, and was pretty much clueless about South Korea’s education system. I listened to numerous YouTube lectures and sought advice from real-life tutors. People can instantly tell if I’m not using certain terms naturally, so I also secretly attended tutoring classes and listened to recordings daily.”

Wi Ha Joon, who will be undergoing a dramatic transformation after his performance in the Disney+ series 'The Worst of Evil', revealed, "To immerse myself in my character, I began listening to romantic music and watching romance genres. What's surprising is that the more I become immersed in the character of Jun Ho, the more people tell me that my eyes look kinder these days. I am even dressing differently, and my friends asked me the other day if something was going on."

Meanwhile, tvN's 'The Midnight Romance in Hagwon' airs every Saturdays and Sundays at 9:20 PM KST.
