• "My heart was heavy after hearing this" — NewJeans' Danielle Addresses Concerns Over Quiet Behavior During Live Broadcast

In a recent live broadcast on May 7, NewJeans members Minji and Danielle connected with fans to celebrate Minji’s birthday.

However, fans couldn’t help but notice that Danielle seemed “quieter than usual,” sparking concerns about the well-being of the NewJeans members.

Responding to these concerns, Danielle took to Phoning on May 8 KST to reassure her fans. She wrote, “I was really happy to see everyone yesterday! There were some Bunnies who were worried about me because I was quieter than usual!! TT. Thank you for worrying about me and sending me your support!! TT. My heart is heavy these days, but we are still working hard and practicing for Bunnies, so don’t worry.”

Despite Danielle’s reassurances, some fans expressed lingering worries over her admission that her “heart was heavy these days.”

In the midst of these concerns, it appears that the internal dispute between CEO Min Hee Jin of ADOR and HYBE Labels remains unresolved.

However, this has not deterred plans for NewJeans’ comeback. The group is set to release the double single “How Sweet / Bubble Gum” on May 24.

Stay tuned for more updates on NewJeans and their upcoming activities!
