BLACKPINK's Jisoo and actor Jung Hae In are giving fans major friendship goals!
On May 6, Jisoo shared a collage of photos on her Instagram Story, featuring a support truck plastered with her face and close-up images of a croffle and stickers.
The actor left a heartfelt message for everyone on set, expressing his support for Jisoo’s upcoming K-Drama, Influenza.
"Everyone, take care of your health while filming. I support Influenza. Sincerely, Jung Hae In," the actor wrote.
Jisoo responded with a teary-eyed emoji, expressing that the croffle was delicious. A croffle, a hybrid between a croissant and a waffle, is an uncommon snack to see in a support truck as most come with coffee, Korean street food, or the like.
She ended her short message by saying, "Protect Yeong Joo," referring to the name of her character in Influenza.
She used the word "Soo Ho," which means "protect" in Korean and is also the name of Jung Hae In’s character in Snowdrop.
Fans were understandably ecstatic to see the two interacting in 2024 and expressed their hopes to see them together in a new drama one day.
Jisoo and Jung Hae In were co-stars in JTBC‘s highly-anticipated drama Snowdrop, which aired from December 2021 to January 2022. Set in 1987, it followed a bloody Im Soo Ho (Jung Hae In) who was saved by university student Eun Young Ro (Jisoo).
Since then, the two have supported each other in various ways, such as the actor attending the BORN PINK concert in Seoul.
Jisoo is currently playing the female lead in Coupang Play‘s Influenza alongside Park Jung Min. It follows the story of a couple who broke up trying to keep themselves safe from a horde of zombies.
As the anticipation builds, fans are eagerly awaiting more updates from Jisoo and Jung Hae In as they continue to captivate audiences with their remarkable performances and adorable off-screen moments.
