    Kwon Eun Bi, former member of the group IZ*ONE, has recently made headlines for purchasing a detached house near Cafe Street in Songjeong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 2.4 billion won.

    According to a report by Money Today on April 16th, Kwon Eun Bi finalized the purchase of a single-family house located in Jungnangcheon, Songjeong-dong, in March.

    The property acquired by Kwon Eun Bi consists of 1 basement floor and 3 floors above ground, with a land area of 106m2 and a total area of 192.45m2. Situated in the trendy 'Seongsu Living Area', the location is known for its popularity among celebrities.

    Interestingly, the building purchased by Kwon Eun Bi has previously been acquired by other notable figures, including singers Bada, Hong Jin Young , and actor Ko So Young, who are all members of Songjeong Dong group S.E.S.

    Kwon Eun Bi debuted as a member of the group Ye-A in 2014 before gaining further recognition through her participation in Mnet's 'Produce 48', which led to her debut with IZ*ONE in 2018.

    Following her activities with IZ*ONE, Kwon Eun Bi embarked on a solo career starting in August 2021.

    Song Hye Kyo went on to recall how Song Eun I taught her how to drink, saying, “When I turned 20 after graduation, she said, ‘Try a glass of beer,’ and that was the last time I drank with her”.

    The conversation took a fun turn when a listener asked if Song Hye Kyo, who has been a top star since the 90s, ever goes to public bathhouses.

    She explained, “I don’t go much in Seoul. But I do go when I’m shooting in the provinces,” adding, “I get embarrassed being completely undressed, so I only cover my face with a towel.”

    Kim Sook joked about how Song Hye Kyo might handle fans asking for a photo at a bathhouse, and the actress responded with humor, saying, “I’ll just stick my face out from the tub and take the photo”, causing laughter from the hosts.
