    As per Nielsen Korea, a company specializing in viewership analysis, the 12th episode of the tvN weekend drama 'Queen of Tears', which aired on April 14th, clocked in a viewership of 20.732% across nationwide paid broadcasting households.

    This number outshines the previous record viewership of 18.952% set by the 10th episode.

    'Queen of Tears' kicked off with a viewership of 5.853% for its premiere episode and has been on a steady upward trajectory ever since, breaching the 20% viewership mark without any slowdown, a testament to its widespread appeal.

    'Queen of Tears', featuring Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, spins a tale of a thrilling crisis and a miraculous love story that unfolds anew for a married couple in their third year.

    The narrative revolves around the third generation of the Queens Group conglomerate, the queen of department stores Hong Hae In (portrayed by Kim Ji Won), and the son of a market boss, supermarket prince Baek Hyun Woo (played by Kim Soo Hyun).
