• Actress Han Ji Min shares unexpected hilarious experience with 'Squid Game' at Australian airport

Actress Han Ji Min recently had an interesting experience at an Australian airport security checkpoint.

On April 12th, an entertaining video was shared on her agency's channel. The video featured Han Ji Min, who is currently serving as an ambassador for Australia, preparing for her second shoot in the country.

In the video, Han Ji Min is seen packing for her trip to Brisbane, Australia, where her elder sister resides, and then heading to Melbourne, the primary location for her shoot.

"I'm heading to Australia tomorrow after quite some time. I'm scheduled for a second shoot as the Australian ambassador. I plan to catch up with my nieces and sister a week earlier than the previous shoot," she shared, munching on her favorite tteokbokki while packing.

Despite her excitement, Han Ji Min admitted that packing wasn't her favorite activity. "Packing can be such a hassle," she chuckled, "I usually end up packing everything the night before." She also expressed her anticipation for the trip, "Melbourne has a European vibe and it's stunning. It might feel like a mini vacation."

She also shared her skincare routine and packing essentials. "I once tried tanning but gave up after getting blemishes," she confessed.

"When I pack, the most important thing for me is my pajamas," she added, revealing that she usually packs light items like sneakers, slippers, hats, and t-shirts.

As for her skincare routine, she said, "All you need is face oil and cream. I bring three mask packs, and if I use all of them, it means I've done a good job," sparking curiosity about her effortless skincare routine.

After spending a joyful week with her nieces Roma and Roha at her sister's house, she moved to Melbourne to meet the staff arriving from Korea.

At the airport, Han Ji Min shared a funny incident with the Korean staff. "Didn't you get caught at the airport security checkpoint?" she asked. "When I entered the country, I brought my sister's rice cooker and blanket box, so I got caught. I explained that it's a rice cooker and a blanket, and they directed me to another area. When I went there, they scanned everything."

She continued, "I used to write 'freelancer' in the job section, but these days I write 'actor.' The airport staff were curious and asked, 'Where do you appear?' 'Are you on Netflix?' They asked, 'Did you appear in Squid Game?' and I made a sad face."

She then mentioned her friend Park Hae Soo, the lead actor of 'Squid Game' and a colleague from the same agency, and laughed.

Han Ji Min concluded, "These days, wherever I go, I watch a lot of Korean dramas and movies," reflecting the growing popularity of Korean K-content.

In other news, Han Ji Min is set to star alongside Lee Jun Hyuk in the upcoming SBS drama 'Greetings'.

  • Kwon Min Ah worries fans with emotional post about fear and self-blame: “Everything feels scary, I need to get it together”

Former AOA member Kwon Min Ah—who opened up in the past about being bullied—has once again shared a deep and emotional message on social media, leaving fans feeling concerned and sending love.

On April 23, Min Ah took to her Instagram to write:
“I don’t know if I’ve become completely twisted, or if I’m just scared. Maybe I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. Everything feels scary. And I want to say something sharp to myself too—get it together.”

Along with the message, she posted a selfie where she wore a red knit top, had her hair half-up, and showed a soft pout with a calm expression. Though her outfit and style looked casual, the mood of her words felt heavy.

Fans aren’t sure if Min Ah was directing the message toward someone else or simply speaking to herself. The final line, “get it together,” sounds like a tough love reminder to herself—but also makes many wonder what she’s been going through recently.

People quickly filled the comment section with supportive messages, telling her to stay strong and reminding her she’s not alone.

Min Ah debuted with AOA in 2012 and left the group in 2019. In 2020, she made headlines when she revealed that she had been bullied during her time in the group. The confession caused a huge reaction in the K-pop world, leading to conversations about idols’ mental health and group dynamics.

Recently, she surprised fans when it was revealed she began working as a manager at a dermatology clinic, showing a new side of her life outside of the entertainment spotlight.

Fans continue to cheer her on, hoping she finds peace and happiness in whatever path she chooses next.
