The police have closed the embezzlement case against ATTRAKT CEO Jun Hong Joon, filed by the former three members of FIFTY FIFTY.
ATTRAKT released a statement, saying, "We recently received a notification stating that the investigation into CEO Jun Hong Joon's embezzlement case has concluded with a decision not to prosecute (no suspicion)."
The agency continued, "We are committed to holding accountable those who manipulated and misled members, who lacked a full understanding of corporate accounting principles, into filing charges. We will ensure that those responsible for these deceptive actions face appropriate consequences."
In August 2023, former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran had filed a complaint against CEO Jun Hong Joon at the Seoul Gangnam Police Station for embezzlement.
They alleged that the advance payment debts of the planning agency Star Crew Entertainment, effectively owned by the former CEO, were improperly used to repay the group's music and album profits.
The police, however, concluded that there was no evidence of a crime and subsequently dropped the case.
