• Former SECRET Song Ji Eun Shares Exciting News of Engagement to YouTuber Park We

Former SECRET member Song Ji Eun and YouTuber Park We are set to tie the knot in October 2024.

According to reports from the broadcasting industry, the couple will marry later this year, just three months after publicly revealing their relationship in December of the previous year.

Song Ji Eun and Park We shared their relationship announcement on social media, disclosing that they met at church and fell in love at first sight.

The couple has been openly expressing their affection for each other through various shows.

Song Ji Eun mentioned, "I felt that I failed at life but then I gained courage when I saw Park We. I receive affirmation when I spend time with him. I think my life would become more meaningful if I were to live with him, helping each other."

Park We, a YouTuber behind the channel Weracle, became paralyzed in a falling accident while working at a fashion company in 2014.

Despite facing challenges, he has become a popular YouTuber, using his platform to promote awareness of disabilities and advocate for human rights. He received the 'Seoul Welfare Award' in the field of disability rights last year.

Reflecting on his experiences, Park We shared, "The life on a wheelchair is very unique. There is always something you learn from the times of struggle. I gained confidence when I realized I've hit rock bottom and I can't go lower than this. If you all endure the time of struggle, that time becomes a great lesson for your life."

  • BTS' Jin visits Andong to help wildfire victims, serves meals at Baek Jong Won’s relief center

BTS member Jin has touched hearts once again with his kind gesture to support those affected by wildfires.

On April 3, Jin visited Gilan Middle School in Gilan-myeon, Andong, to serve meals to disaster victims and firefighters. His actions brought much-needed comfort to the people in the area.

Gilan Middle School is where celebrity chef Baek Jong Won, a close friend of Jin, has been running a free meal service through his company, The Born Korea.

Since March 28, The Born Korea has been providing meals for the wildfire victims, preparing 300 to 700 servings each time to ensure that the affected people and firefighters receive warm food.

Jin quietly made his way to Andong, a region that suffered extensive damage from the wildfire, to lend a helping hand.

Big Hit Music, Jin’s agency, shared, “Jin wanted to provide even a small amount of help to those affected by the wildfires, which is why he decided to participate in this volunteer activity.”

This heartwarming gesture follows BTS's large donations for wildfire recovery efforts. Jungkook donated a whopping 1 billion KRW, while V gave 200 million KRW, and RM, J-Hope, and Suga each contributed 100 million KRW to aid in the recovery.
