• Joo Hyun Young Leaves 'SNL Korea' and 'Jigumabul World Travel', Shifts Focus to Acting Career

    Actress Joo Hyun Young, known for her vibrant presence on 'SNL Korea,' has decided to concentrate on her acting career and will no longer be part of 'Jigumabul World Travel.'

    Her participation in the ENA and TEO's entertainment project 'Jigumabul World Travel 2' has fallen through, and she won't be returning for Season 2.

    Despite her role as a studio MC alongside Noh Hong Chul and Joo Woo Jae in Season 1, the show will proceed with Noh Hong Chul and Joo Woo Jae as the duo MCs.

    'Jigumabul World Travel' is an entertainment program where travel influencers embark on a global journey designed around the board game "Blue Marble."

    Joo Hyun Young, during the show's first season, guided viewers through the random travels of influencers Pani Bottle, Won Ji, and Kwak Tube, adding laughter and enjoyment to the show.

    Having previously departed from 'SNL Korea,' Joo Hyun Young plans to dedicate her time to her primary profession, acting. She is currently appearing in the Tving Original 'Crime Scene Returns' and has showcased remarkable performances in various roles, including in dramas like 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo Young-woo' and 'Surviving as a Celebrity Manager.'

    Her acting journey continues with recent appearances in the MBC drama 'The Legend of Park’s Marriage,' and she has upcoming projects like the movie 'Mystery Train' and the release of the movie '2 PM Date.'
