• Actor Kang Kyung Joon Hits Back Files Lawsuit Over Adultery Allegations

After about a month of controversy surrounding the "suspicion of adultery," actor Kang Kyung Joon has chosen to address the issue and pursue legal action.

On January 29 KST, Kang Kyung Joon engaged a lawyer and submitted a power of attorney for litigation related to the alleged adultery case to the court.

This legal step is a response to a damages lawsuit of 50 million won filed by the husband of 'Woman A,' who was implicated in the alleged involvement with Kang Kyung Joon.

The lawsuit, filed on December 28 KST, accused Kang Kyung Joon of being the adulterous party. To prevent a default judgment, which could have been issued if a lawyer was not appointed within 30 days, Kang Kyung Joon's side decided to initiate legal proceedings.

Kang Kyung Joon maintained silence on these allegations for almost a month since they first surfaced.

Throughout this period, his wife, actress Jang Shin Young, and her family also underwent significant distress.

The production of KBS2's 'The Return of Superman,' featuring Kang Kyung Joon's family, was put on hold, and the couple's older son's participation in KBS's 'Korea Khitan War' was affected.

The husband of 'A,' who initiated the legal action against Kang Kyung Joon, has expressed through the media, "I have no intention of backing down. I am committed to pursuing this matter in court until the end."

As the legal battle intensifies between Kang Kyung Joon and the husband of 'A,' there is growing anticipation regarding the resolution of the 'suspicion of adultery' case and the potential implications for Kang Kyung Joon's family.
