• Super Junior's Kyuhyun Addresses Parking Fee Controversy Post SM to Antenna Transition

Kyuhyun, a member of Super Junior, recently talked about what he said about parking fees when he switched from SM Entertainment to Antenna, making things clearer.

Kyuhyun went on "DinDin's Music High" on SBS Power FM radio on January 22 KST and talked about what he meant when he said things about parking fees. He said that he had only jokingly brought up the problem, but it had gotten a lot of attention, so he felt the need to explain.

The subject of "SM parking fees" came up during the show, and Kyuhyun said, "I meant that comment to be funny, but it caused a lot of trouble." I felt it was necessary to explain. In the past, when I had to get somewhere, I used my own car, which wasn't registered with the company.

Because of this, I had to pay for my own parking. "However, the company would pay for these costs through a settlement process," Kyuhyun said.

He then said, "I heard that we were now using credit cards to pay for parking after leaving SM and moving to Antenna."

At first, I thought this was strange, but then I heard that the company rents the building and that all employees, including me, have to pay the parking fees. "I saw that I was wrong about what was going on," Kyuhyun said.

Kyuhyun had earlier raised eyebrows when he appeared on JTBC's "Knowing Bros" on January 20 and joked about being upset that he had to pay separate parking fees after switching to Antenna, saying, "I was told to pay for parking."

It cost me extra to park at SM when I went there to practice with Super Junior.
Kyuhyun talked about how SM reacted to what he said: "They were understandably upset, but they just told me that everyone pays parking fees."This is true for both registered business vehicles and employees who are not registered.

Because of the confusion, we deeply apologized. Kyuhyun said, "I wanted to make this clear for everyone."
