• Lee Jin Wook Confronts Critics—Addresses Viewer Backlash Towards 'Sweet Home 2' Head-On

Lee Jin Wook talked about himself and the movie "Sweet Home 2" that he just finished.

When it came out on Netflix on December 1, "Sweet Home 2" continued the story of the people who lived through Green Home. They moved to a new house and had to deal with new monsters.

In Season 2, Lee Jin Wook came back as Pyeon Sang-wook, who had been taken over by Jung Eui-myung (Kim Sung-chul).

When asked how he felt about the world in "Sweet Home," which is about a world that is about to end in disaster, Lee Jin-wook said, "It's not as bad as you might think when you're among the people."

I believe it is a return to the simple way of life.

The star talked about his part by saying, "Jung Eui-myung took over Pyeon Sang-wook's body, right?"

He said, "I tried to follow Jung Eui-myung's thoughts instead of copying that character's expressions." He also said that Kim Sung-chul, who played Jung Eui-myung in Season 1, helped him.

Some fans said that Season 2 didn't give Lee Jin Wook enough screen time.

Lee Jin Wook made it clear: "I should have been in this season more." He also said, "If they watch Season 3, I think their disappointment will be eased a bit."

I'm not really hungry for screen time, to be honest.

Lee Jin Wook said, "I think it's because the expectations were so high." He was talking about how Season 2 got more bad reviews than Season 1.

Even if the work is good, if there's something viewers want to see but can't find in the story, they might be let down. They also said, "Maybe the point of Season 3 was to make you feel let down in Season 2."

    The people should decide.

Lee Jin Wook started acting without knowing much about it because acting wasn't his major. But after 20 years, he is now an experienced actor.

The actor talked about himself by saying that he likes to try new things and think positively, but that he doesn't show much feeling.

Because of how he is, Lee Jin Wook doesn't take complaints very seriously.

"Judgment is just judgment," he said.

I'll fix anything that needs to be fixed.

When asked if accepting "Sweet Home 2" made him feel rushed, the star said, "No, I don't feel rushed at all."

I worked hard on set and had fun doing it.

He also liked how the young players were getting better.

Song Kang, Go Min Si, and Lee Do Hyun have become well-known actors in the last three years, and Lee Jin Wook said, "I'm impressed and proud of them."

Thank goodness they are making a big difference in bringing the movie business back to life.

Finally, Lee Jin Wook admitted that his attitude in life helped him keep playing for 20 years. He said, "I made quick decisions and faced reality well."

I usually make choices that make sense given the circumstances and after giving them a lot of thought.

  • Kwon Min Ah worries fans with emotional post about fear and self-blame: “Everything feels scary, I need to get it together”

Former AOA member Kwon Min Ah—who opened up in the past about being bullied—has once again shared a deep and emotional message on social media, leaving fans feeling concerned and sending love.

On April 23, Min Ah took to her Instagram to write:
“I don’t know if I’ve become completely twisted, or if I’m just scared. Maybe I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. Everything feels scary. And I want to say something sharp to myself too—get it together.”

Along with the message, she posted a selfie where she wore a red knit top, had her hair half-up, and showed a soft pout with a calm expression. Though her outfit and style looked casual, the mood of her words felt heavy.

Fans aren’t sure if Min Ah was directing the message toward someone else or simply speaking to herself. The final line, “get it together,” sounds like a tough love reminder to herself—but also makes many wonder what she’s been going through recently.

People quickly filled the comment section with supportive messages, telling her to stay strong and reminding her she’s not alone.

Min Ah debuted with AOA in 2012 and left the group in 2019. In 2020, she made headlines when she revealed that she had been bullied during her time in the group. The confession caused a huge reaction in the K-pop world, leading to conversations about idols’ mental health and group dynamics.

Recently, she surprised fans when it was revealed she began working as a manager at a dermatology clinic, showing a new side of her life outside of the entertainment spotlight.

Fans continue to cheer her on, hoping she finds peace and happiness in whatever path she chooses next.
