BLACKPINK’s Jisoo revealed her desire to appear at award shows during a recent live broadcast, drawing attention from fans.

On December 1st, Jisoo’s recent mention of BLACKPINK appearing at an award show during a live broadcast became viral on various online communities.

Jisoo recently won the Best Female Artist, Best Music Video, and Best Dance Performance Female Solo category at the 2023 MAMA held at the Tokyo Dome in Japan, achieving a “triple crown.”  The singer however did not participate in the 2023 MAMA nor release a video of her acceptance speech separately.

In a recent livestream, Jisoo also expressed regret over her absence at the ceremony, saying, “I told the members to go on an award show tour, whether alone or together (BLACKPINK),” drawing attention from fans.

She added to fans’ expectations by saying, “We will come back with a good song and meet you at the award ceremonies.”

She even promised, “I won’t make you wait long.” BLACKPINK has grown to become a top girl group not only in Korea but also globally.

This has made it difficult for fans to meet them on domestic stages or year-end music awards. 

As the uncertainty about their contract renewal continues for months, fans are eagerly anticipating BLACKPINK’s next move.

Amidst this, netizens interpret Jisoo’s mention of a tour for award shows among BLACKPINK members as a signal for contract renewal, fostering a positive outlook on the situation.

Yoo Byung Jae has opened up about his relationship with his girlfriend, Lee Yoo Jung, and the reactions have been overwhelming!
