Lee Jong Suk is currently in talks to star in the upcoming romance drama 'I'm Against My Romance'. On November 21, it was revealed by Lee Jong Suk's label that the actor had received an offer to play the male lead in the upcoming series 'I'm Against My Romance'.
Directed by Lee Eung Bok, known for his work on 'Descendants of the Sun', 'Goblin', 'Mr. Sunshine', 'Sweet Home', and 'Jirisan', this new drama is highly anticipated.
The script is being written by Kim Eun, who was behind the success of 'Something in the Rain'. 'I'm Against My Romance' tells a compelling story about first loves and the unexpected relationship that unfolds when a former lover is reunited with the main character.
Earlier reports suggested that Go Min Si and Choi Hyun Wook were also being considered for roles in the drama.
However, it has now been confirmed that Choi Hyun Wook has turned down the offer. If Lee Jong Suk accepts the role, he will portray the male lead, Kim Tae Kyung.
