BLACKPINK's Rosé recently revealed in a video interview with W Korea magazine that she has developed a new food obsession - huǒguō, also known as hot pot.
The video, titled 'BLACKPINK Rosé's Honest Puzzle Interview: If Rosé could turn back time, when would she want to go back to?', explores different aspects of Rosé's life and interests.
When asked about her special routine for photoshoot days, Rosé shared, "I adjust my diet to some extent for photoshoots. I like spicy and salty food. Recently, I've been into huǒguō, and I really wanted to eat it last night, but I resisted because of the photoshoot."
It seems Rosé understands the importance of maintaining a balanced diet for the sake of her work.
The BLACKPINK member revealed that she tries to avoid stimulating foods and opts for less salty options. Rosé even mentioned her fondness for dipping squid in Cheongyang mayo sauce but acknowledged her efforts to limit such indulgences.
Rosé went on to express her love for huǒguō and how it has become a shared interest among her fellow BLACKPINK members. She said, "Jisoo and Lisa also love huǒguō, so we always went out to eat it while touring. Before, when I didn't appreciate huǒguō to this extent, if someone said they were going to eat huǒguō, I would just follow along. But it was in Las Vegas. There was a restaurant, and I went there without thinking, but it was so delicious that I even kept drinking the broth."
It seems Rosé's huǒguō experience in Las Vegas left quite an impression on her, as she enjoyed it for three consecutive days.
Aside from her food obsessions, Rosé also shared her aspirations for the upcoming year. She expressed her desire to have fan meetings or fan sign events, stating, "It was the era of COVID, so I couldn't meet the fans, but I want to meet them no matter what."
Additionally, Rosé wishes to release a lot of music, go on adventures, and travel with her dog, Hank.
The video interview provides fans with a closer look at Rosé's personal preferences and interests.
From her food choices to her dreams for the future, BLACKPINK's Rosé remains a relatable and down-to-earth artist.
