• IS JYP blocking former NMIXX Jinni from appearing on Music Shows?  — Netizens Weigh In

Speculation and controversy surround former NMIXX member Jinni's limited appearances on music shows, with fans questioning whether JYP Entertainment, her former agency, is influencing her visibility in the industry.

Despite NMIXX's Jinni having performed on Simply K-pop, fans have noted her absence from major music shows, including those belonging to the "big 3."

Concerns were raised when she failed to make an appearance on M Countdown, fueling speculation about potential interference from her previous management.

Netizens have been actively discussing the situation, with opinions divided on whether JYP is deliberately blocking Jinni from participating in prominent music programs.

One commenter suggested, "I don't think they are blocking her. I guess it's true that Jinni broke her contract and left. I bet that there was a condition about not hurting the team NMIXX when she leaves (at least not overlapping on music shows....). If she left on good terms, there wouldn't be such a condition."

However, not all responses were as understanding, with one frustrated fan drawing comparisons, stating, "No but even that Kim Woojin bastrd can go on music shows so why wouldn't Jinni? Fck." Another critic dismissed the notion of JYP interference, accusing a fellow commenter of making baseless claims, "Look at how that btch in the best comment is making sht up again. Why are you linking the fact that she's not going on music show and leaving the group together while saying that Jinni was at fault?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ you seriously have mental issues."

Some netizens urged caution, emphasizing the need to avoid speculative conclusions. "She's a solo rookie, so I bet that's why she didn't make it in the lineup. Why bring up JYP? The post and comments are f*ck speculating about everything. Cut it down," commented a user advocating for a more measured approach to the discussion.

The question remains whether the alleged influence from JYP Entertainment has impacted Jinni's chances on mainstream music shows, and fans eagerly await further developments to shed light on the situation.

  • Former Crayon Pop's ChoA Opens Up About Her Struggle with Cervical Cancer: 'I Dream of the Day I Can Have a Drink with My Husband Again'"

ChoA, former member of the girl group Crayon Pop, has bravely shared her ongoing battle with cervical cancer and her emotional journey.

On January 28, ChoA posted a heartfelt update on her social media, explaining her struggles. "I usually laugh, talk, and live my life as usual, but there are moments when I suddenly face a reality that isn’t like before, and it gets tough," she shared.

She went on to say, "Recently, something difficult happened, and in the past, I would have had a drink with my husband to shake it off. I really miss being able to do that."

ChoA admitted that she still can’t fully believe her diagnosis. "When I face the reality I’ve been avoiding, my heart that I’ve built up breaks down," she said. "But the life I’m living now, which I’m still enjoying, is something that someone else might be wishing for. I try to gather my thoughts again with gratitude."

She also expressed hope for the future, saying, "Lately, I dream of a day five years from now when I’ll be declared cancer-free and be able to have a drink with my husband after putting the kids to bed, after all the struggles. It’s been almost two years, so I believe the day I get that clean bill of health will come soon."

ChoA married a businessman in 2021, six years older than her. In October 2023, she revealed her cervical cancer diagnosis, sharing that she had been diagnosed during a routine check-up in her first year of marriage.

Despite everything, ChoA remains hopeful, noting that the cancer was smaller than expected during surgery, and she was able to preserve her fertility—a step closer to her dream of becoming a mother.
