BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga Rumored to Collaborate Once Again

Rumors are circulating that K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK and pop icon Lady Gaga may be planning another joint performance.

Although unconfirmed, reports from the Korea National Daily suggest that the two music powerhouses are still working on a possible collaboration.

It was previously reported that a joint performance between BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga was planned during South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol’s April visit to the US.

However, this plan fell through due to unforeseen circumstances.

Now, a joint performance between K-Pop and US pop stars for the 70th anniversary of the South Korea-US alliance is under consideration, and a core member of the ruling party has mentioned that BTS may also be involved.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified that the joint performance between BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga was not at the stage of discussing cost issues and was merely one of many ideas proposed.

Despite this, rumors continue to swirl in the political sphere about BLACKPINK‘s performance. Many are eagerly awaiting news to see if the highly anticipated joint performance between BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga will actually happen.

Netizens then commented:

“I’m so excited to see what Blackpink and Lady Gaga could do together! They’re both amazing performers, so I have no doubt that this joint performance will be incredible.”

“Honestly, I’m a little tired of all the hype surrounding BLACKPINK. They’re talented, but there are other K-Pop groups out there that deserve more recognition. I’m not sure if a joint performance with Lady Gaga is really necessary.”

“I’m not a huge fan of K-Pop, but I love Lady Gaga and I think this joint performance would be really interesting. It’s always cool to see different artists from different genres collaborate.”

“I hope BTS is involved in this joint performance! They’re the biggest K-Pop group right now, and it would be awesome to see them perform alongside BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga.”
