A post on a Korean online forum recently talked about funny things the members of NCT did during fan calls. But what made fans laugh was what they were doing before and after the calls connected.

Jeno is the first person who is talked about. He was seemingly spacing out while fidgeting with a pen before the call with his fan connected, and his moment of realization that the call had begun is definitely relatable.
Jeno seems to have a tendency to zone out when he's not talking to someone or doing something. This has happened with fan calls more than once, and it's cute every time.
Doyoung was once signing something when a fan called while he was in the middle of it, and his expression of surprise is priceless.
Jaemin has had some funny moments caught on camera at the start of fan calls, like when he was taking a sip of his drink…
And based on what he did when he was connected to a fan while he was drawing, he seemed to be very surprised.
Taeil once got a call from a fan while he was stretching.
And perhaps funniest of all, Ten was once caught yawning when his call with a fan came through, which made him laugh out loud.
