  • 10 K-Celebrities who have perfected how to take the perfect selfie

    February 25, 2023 - by sakura

What do you think makes someone famous these days? Sure, no matter what you do, you need "talent." It may be singing; it may be acting; it may be dancing.

In the Korean entertainment business, there are a lot of different fields, but no matter what you do, you need to be good at taking photos.

And not just any pictures; you need to be good at taking "SELFIES."

Taking pictures is a big deal in South Korea, and not just for famous people. Even before the word "selfie" was invented, people in Korea took pictures of themselves.

In Korea, they call it "sel-ca," which is short for "self-camera." Korea's technology has always been ahead of the rest of the world, so the ability to take a selfie existed even before smartphones, in the middle of the 2000s.

So, we can all agree that Korean celebrities need to get better at taking selfies. Today, we'll look at a few stars who have gotten really good at taking selfies.

Whether it's the angle or the filter, they are perfect for taking selfies. So let's look at some of them and see if we agree.

Jo Jung Suk is officially back—and fans of Hospital Playlist couldn’t be more excited.

In the preview for episode 10 of Resident Playbook, aired by tvN on May 10, Jo Jung Suk’s character Lee Ik Jun is shown walking through a dimly lit hospital, saying, “It’s been so long since I came here.”

Although her identity isn’t revealed, fans are hopeful that the woman is Jeon Mi Do, who played Chae Song Hwa in Hospital Playlist.
