TXT Ends Lip Syncing Allegations In The Most Memorable Way After “SBS Gayo Daejeon 2022”

In a live telecast after the show, they had a simple message for people who didn’t like them.

TXT took the stage at the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon and showed both the live and online audiences why their song “Good Boy Gone Bad” won “Best Dance Performance – Male Group” at the 2022 MAMA Awards.

At the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon, TXT showed that they have two distinct sides to their style and performance.

The group looked preppy and stylish in their holiday Ralph Lauren outfits when they got there, but when they got on stage, their fierce side came out and they put on another legendary show.

Yeonjun of TXT danced to “ZOOM” by Watermelon Squad friend Jessi, “Shut Down” by BLACKPINK, and “Run BTS” by BTS.

The video quickly went viral. He also did PSY‘s “That That,” which was produced by BTS‘s Suga and featured BTS‘s Jungkook.

For their group performance, TXT wowed the crowd with their hit song “Good Boy Gone Bad” and a cover of BTS‘s “DNA,” which is one of their older songs.

Because TXT is so good at keeping their vocals steady during their high-energy live shows, netizens have often wondered if their vocals really were live or if they were just “lip-syncing,” even during their first music show performance.

They have also shown those netizens wrong time and time again.

These accusations have made it to TXT, and as they continue to shut down mean comments, it has only made their shows better.

TXT showed that their microphones were on during their 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon performances and talked about their live vocals in an iconic manner during a broadcast with fans after the show.

Hueningkai said during their Weverse livestream after the event that he might have overdone his live vocals because he could be heard singing loudly during their stage, getting the crowd excited and showing that their mics were on.

Taehyun politely disagreed and said that he liked Hueningkai’s energy because it did a good job of bringing out their live vocals.

Yeonjun then famously shut down the “lip-sync” claims by saying that MOAs know the truth, which is that they sing live.

At the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon, not only did they put on a great show, but they also looked great.
