Sakura from LE SSERAFIM and Jang Wonyoung from IVE are both shining stars in their own groups. But before they came back this year, they were all in a project group called IZ*ONE.
Since they joined different companies, they don't see each other very often. But after a long time, the two former bandmates finally got back together on stage again!
At the prestigious 2022 MAMA Awards, they did a cover of IVE's hit debut song "ELEVEN."
The rest of their team was made up of members of other new girl groups, like Sullyoon from NMIXX, Xiaoting and Bahiyyih from Kep1er, and Danielle from NewJeans.
It was a magical moment that no one expected. Fans who saw the show couldn't believe what they were seeing.
They praised the girls and said that the group of them looked like a team of Avengers. Others said that seeing the members of IZ*ONE perform together again made them "so happy."
Even when Sakura and Jang Wonyoung weren't dancing or singing on stage, they still cheered each other on from the sidelines! When one of them won an award, they were seen smiling at each other and clapping.
It was heartwarming to see the two IZ*ONE members talking to each other again, and fans will probably never forget that moment.
