• Jiyeon Who Confessed Of Having Stomach Problems Lately Made Her Fans Extremely Worried About Her Health

Jiyeon of T-ara said that she has been very stressed out lately.

On November 2, the YouTube channel "These Days of Beauty" posted a video with Jiyeon in it.

In the video, Jiyeon could be seen sleeping at her desk. Jiyeon looked like she was dreaming when she opened her eyes and said, "I'm sleepy."

Jiyeon said, "I am hungry even though I just ate. I feel bad after I eat, and I don't seem to be getting better".

As Jiyeon stretched out, she tried to calm down.

She also said, "I feel pain I can't explain and have bad circulation. Maybe it's because I'm under a lot of stress these days."

Jiyeon wanted to take care of her body as the seasons changed, so she started eating fermented enzyme foods that were made from only natural ingredients.

She said, "The days I ate and the days I didn't are very different."

Jiyeon said, "I always took digestive medicines because I was stressed and didn't eat regularly, but they told me that it's not good to take digestive medicines for a long time. Repetitive diets, yo-yo worries, problems going to the bathroom, and stomach problems are all unbearable worries. I met this enzyme at that time."

Lastly, she said, "The weather is getting colder, but I promise to take care of my health so I don't catch a cold and stay healthy no matter how busy I am."

On December 10, Jiyeon will get married to Hwang Jae Gyun, a professional baseball player.
