ASTRO member and actor Cha Eun Woo talked about his insecurities, his acting career, and what makes his work worth it at the end of the day in an interview for the November issue of W Korea magazine.

The interview was done in collaboration with the French jewelry house Chaumet.

First, Cha Eun Woo used the following words to describe himself: “I think that I am a loyal person. My heart is always heavy with a strong sense of loyalty, and it tells me to embrace and carry the people around me“.

He added, “I’m not saying that I always give myself away because I’m kind. But I think that if the people around me do well, I will also do well“.

The singer and actor also said, “When bad things are said about the people I care about, it makes me angry. I can’t easily get over how angry I am.”

On a lighter note, Cha Eun Woo also talked about how he was able to get over his own insecurities about his looks. “I’m always glad when people say nice things about how I look. I used to want people to see more than just my face. That probably happened about two years ago“.

He added, “But now things are different. I’ve learned that I don’t need to worry about getting noticed for something else. I just need to do my own thing and work hard. Then, one day, all of my work will pay off in different ways“.

During this time, Cha Eun Woo is filming his new drama series, “A Good Day to Be a Dog“.
