• Han Ji Min never wanted to be an actor, and here's why

Actress Han Ji Min shared her thoughts on visiting the Busan International Film Festival and recalled her debut.

On the afternoon of October 8th, the 27th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) Han Ji Min's 'Actor's House' was held at the KNN Tower KNN Theater in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan.

'Actor's House', which was first introduced last year, is a special program that invites actors representing the contemporary Korean film industry to hear intimate and in-depth stories about their performances.

This year, starting with Han Ji Min, Kang Dong Won, Ha Jung Woo, and Lee Young Ae will participate and talk about their thoughts on acting and their favorite acting scenes.

On this day, Han Ji Min said, "I came down to Busan and met the audience after a long time with a work called 'Yonder.'"

Han Ji Min, who said that it has been 19 years since her debut, said, "When I was young, my dream was not to be an actor. It was a time when street casting was popular, and I started as a magazine model or TV commercial. "

She continued, "At that time, I did an image casting. A lot of people auditioned to achieve that role, but I didn't feel nervous because I didn't have the desire to work as an actor and I didn't know what to do, so I didn't have any greed."

The Busan International Film Festival, which opened on the 5th, will screen 243 films and 111 community beef films from 71 countries on 30 screens in 7 theaters, including the Seoul Cinema Center, until the 14th.
