Yoo Jae Suk revealed the reason for quitting smoking.

On September 22nd, on Kim Jong Guk's YouTube channel 'Kim Jong Guk', a video titled 'Talk is high repetition, exercise low repetition... (Feat. Yoo Jae-seok Ji Suk-jin)' was released.

In the video, Kim Jong Guk said that he had to talk about exercise in accordance with the YouTube channel concept, and said, "There are many people who are curious about the exercises that Yoo Jae Suk do." "He said.

Yoo Jae Suk said, "I go to the gym, but the teachers also see Jong-kook working out."

He continued, "I have to go back to the time of 'X-Men', but when the recording was over at dawn, I just had dinner with Hodong hyung. It was not the same as now, but it was a time when Jongguk was harsh. I packed a plate of eggs and ate only the whites. Jong-guk said to me, 'Do some exercise.' He said, 'Then you will die.'"

He also talked about quitting smoking. Yoo Jae Suk said, "Now that I have children, I already quit smking. I thought it would be very difficult, but I gave up easily."
