• Fans Were Worried Over Kim Garam's Recent Situation With The Photos Spreading Online

The current situation of former member Kim Garam, who was expelled from the girl group Le Sserafim due to allegations of school violence, was reported.

On August 1st, a photo under the title "Kim Garam's current situation" spread through various online communities. This is a picture of a desk full of profanity graffiti written on the desk with the name Kim Garam on it.

It is presumed that the photo was taken by a student attending the same school as high school student Kim Garam. However, the authenticity of the photo has not been confirmed.

If the circumstances in the photo are true, it seems that Kim Garam is currently experiencing verbal abuse or bullying.

Netizens who saw this gave various reactions. While there were some opinions that it was “self-improving”, the majority criticized it as wrong behavior. It is unjust for even the perpetrators of sexual assault to be retaliated against in a similar way, and violence cannot be justified for any reason. Some worried that “it would be better to quit school and take the GED than this.”

Previously, Source Music, the agency of Le Sserafim, announced on the 20th of July the termination of their exclusive contract with Kim Garam. It was interpreted that the agency, which had completely denied the allegations related to Kim Garam, actually admitted the allegation of sexual assault.

The claim that Kim Garam was the perpetrator of the school violence came out even before Le Sserafim debuted on May 2. HYBE said that the allegation was not true and foreshadowed legal action.

However, as the suspicions continued to spread after that, Kim Garam stopped activities after 18 days of debut, and left the team two months after that.

In the future,Le Sserafim will be active in a five-member system. HYBE said, "We will do our best to support Le Sserafim so that they can continue to grow as an artist."
