The new Friday-Saturday drama "Big Mouth" on MBC topped the Friday-Saturday drama ratings.

According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings agency, "Big Mouth", which first aired on July 29 at 10 p.m., received a national daily viewer rating of 6.2 percent on July 30.

This is lower than the 7.0 percent recorded for the previous drama's final episode of "Doctor Lawyer" and higher than the 5.2 percent recorded for the first episode. It also topped "Today's Webtoon" on SBS (4.1 percent).

The plot of "Big Mouth" follows Park Chang Ho (Lee Jong Suk), a 10 percent winning lawyer, as he becomes accidentally involved in a murder case and digs into the privileged class in order to become a rare genius crook, survive, and protect his wife.

Park Chang Ho and Go Mi Ho (Yoona), who were living normal lives in the first episode, foreshadowed the impending misfortune that would soon befall them, thereby setting the stage for the confrontation. The setting of a worldview that transcends reality and fiction brought to mind lawlessness.

Netizens who watched the drama on the online community TheQoo expressed a variety of opinions, such as "I'm tired of the courtroom now," "I was looking forward to it, but it's not fun to watch," "The actors' performances were excellent," and "I'm watching until episode 2."
