• BIGBANG's G-Dragon Makes Fans Cry With His Rendition Of Elvis Presley’s “Can't Help Falling in Love”

BIGBANG's G-Dragon reinterpreted the iconic song of rock and roll's king, Elvis Presley.

On July 18th, G-Dragon uploaded a tribute video to "Can't Help Falling in Love" to his official YouTube channel. Baz Luhrmann directs a new arrangement and performance of Elvis Presley's songs, with new vocals.

The charm of G-Dragon's rendition of "Can't Help Falling in Love" was distinct from the original. G-Dragon's voice, which seemed to softly memorize to the accompaniment of the piano, created a dreamlike atmosphere.

"Can't Help Falling in Love" by G-Dragon, which changed to a rock band sound with a faster rhythm in the middle of the song, displayed a different allure than the original.

The intense drum beat, the pounding electric guitar playing, Elvis Presley's photos, and G-Dragon's free-spirited gestures all harmonize with one another, adding sensual significance to the meeting of the two icons.

Even though G-Dragon's "Can't Help Falling in Love" music video was released at midnight, it has already amassed 1.25 million cumulative views on social media and YouTube in just 12 hours and is receiving explosive responses from fans around the globe.

Fans are responding enthusiastically, leaving comments such as "The music makes my heart race," "I cry when I hear a masterpiece reborn with G-Dragon's emotions," and "I thought about G-Dragon's life while watching 'Elvis'".

On the other hand, Baz Luhrmann's film "Elvis" was recently released and is receiving positive reviews. In this film, the unknown singer "Elvis" (Austin Butler) was driving a truck when he met "Tom Parker" (Tom Hanks), who recognized him at a glance, and the music and stage that heated the world until he became a legend, depicted a life that was even hotter.

  • BTS' Jin visits Andong to help wildfire victims, serves meals at Baek Jong Won’s relief center

BTS member Jin has touched hearts once again with his kind gesture to support those affected by wildfires.

On April 3, Jin visited Gilan Middle School in Gilan-myeon, Andong, to serve meals to disaster victims and firefighters. His actions brought much-needed comfort to the people in the area.

Gilan Middle School is where celebrity chef Baek Jong Won, a close friend of Jin, has been running a free meal service through his company, The Born Korea.

Since March 28, The Born Korea has been providing meals for the wildfire victims, preparing 300 to 700 servings each time to ensure that the affected people and firefighters receive warm food.

Jin quietly made his way to Andong, a region that suffered extensive damage from the wildfire, to lend a helping hand.

Big Hit Music, Jin’s agency, shared, “Jin wanted to provide even a small amount of help to those affected by the wildfires, which is why he decided to participate in this volunteer activity.”

This heartwarming gesture follows BTS's large donations for wildfire recovery efforts. Jungkook donated a whopping 1 billion KRW, while V gave 200 million KRW, and RM, J-Hope, and Suga each contributed 100 million KRW to aid in the recovery.
