A controversy has sparked over a photo of actress Han Ye Seul taken while visiting the United States.
Han Ye Seul posted various images taken while traveling to the United States with her lover on her Instagram on April 3rd.
Many photos appear to have been taken at Antelope Canyon in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Han Ye Seul and her lover posed together, just like any other tourist. Some photos, though, were troublesome.
Han Ye Seul stepped up on both canyon walls with her foot.
In the case of Antelope Canyon, it is forbidden to climb the cliffs or write graffiti on the walls in order to protect the attractions.
It is also known that the sign at the canyon’s entrance states, ‘No rock climbing or trekking in or near the canyon.’
After the photo was released, the Korean-American community criticized Han Ye Seul‘s behavior at Antelope Canyon as disrespectful.
Han Ye Seul erased the photo in question following the uproar.
Han Ye Seul also made a promotional post on Instagram in February, which sparked controversy.
Han Ye Seul at the time tweeted a photo of herself reclining on a restaurant table with the remark, “It’s excellent to arrive early for the appointment. Infinite photo time.”
It was pointed out that the table is a place where actual customers eat.
