• Lee Joon Gi Finally Speaks Up About The Deleted Ending Scene Of “Moon Lovers" After 6 Years

The behind-the-scenes of the last episode of SBS masterpiece drama "Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo", starring Lee Joon Gi and IU, has been released.

On March 31, Lee Joon Gi appeared on the YouTube web entertainment "Civilization Express - MMTG" and had time to review his filmography.

He shared the good news that in the last episode of the SBS drama "Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo", which aired in 2016, he filmed a scene where he and IU were reunited in Hyundai.

"Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo" is a time slip romance in which Go Ha Jin (IU), who was living in the 21st century, accidentally transforms into the body of a Goryeo girl Hae Soo, meets Wang So (Lee Joon Gi), the king of Goryeo, and falls in love.

The tragic sad ending of Hae Soo returning to the real world after she died alone without seeing Wang So stimulated the tears of many viewers.

The scene in the last episode in which Go Ha Jin, who returned to modern times, sees Wang So's painting at the art museum and cries out, saying, "I'm sorry for leaving you alone" is also a famous scene that is still talked about.

Jae Jae showed Lee Joon Gi a picture that IU had previously uploaded to Instagram, and asked if there was actually a scene where Wang So, who was reincarnated in modern times, meets Go Ha Jin.

After Lee Joon Gi said it was true, he revealed that when Go Ha Jin was crying, Wang So, who could not remember what happened in his previous life, came and handed him a handkerchief.

He then said that the original scene was when Go Ha Jin, who recognized Wang So, called him and smiled at each other.

Director Kim Gyu Tae, who directed "Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo", also said that he thought about whether it would give a deep impression or suggest a happy ending until the very end.

After saying that the scene of reunion in modern times was not included in the main broadcast nor in the DVD released after the end, Lee Joon Gi also expressed his opinion that it was good for drama fans to be sad.

Many fans who saw this showed reactions such as "It would have been nice if it had a happy ending", "I hope it will be released later".

Meanwhile, Lee Joon Gi is scheduled to play the lead role of Kim Hee Woo in the SBS drama "Again My Life", which will be aired for the first time on April 8. The drama airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 PM.

  • Lee Min Ho Shares the Hilarious Story Behind His Famous Baeksang Fall—The One Thing He’ll Never Forget!

Actor Lee Min Ho recently shared an unforgettable and embarrassing moment from his early career, revealing how he became a “falling star” at his first Baeksang Arts Awards.

On the December 25th episode of You Quiz on the Block (Episode 274), Lee Min Ho made a guest appearance and reflected on his rise to fame.

The actor, known for his iconic role as Goo Jun Pyo in Boys Over Flowers, won the Best New Actor award at the Baeksang Arts Awards, but it wasn’t just his victory that grabbed attention.

Lee Min Ho recalled, "I was attending the Baeksang for the first time, and I was so excited. Since I wasn’t going as Goo Jun Pyo, but as Lee Min Ho, I styled my hair in a perm and was ready to go." However, things took an unexpected turn when he tripped and fell on the red carpet.

He sighed, recalling, "That day, I fell. I fell and created so many memes. Even now, I look back and think, 'How did I walk that quickly on the red carpet?'"

Laughing at his own clumsiness, he admitted, "I was moving at the speed of light, no composure, no focus. Honestly, more than the joy of winning the award, that day was chaotic and so embarrassing for me."

Though his win was a highlight, Lee Min Ho humorously shared that the incident of tripping overshadowed the excitement of his achievement.

It’s safe to say that while the fall became a funny meme, it also became a lesson in humility for the actor, and a moment that fans still remember to this day.
