According to Entertainment Tonight and Variety on March 14, director Hwang Dong Hyuk of the Netflix series 'Squid Game' announced that he was working on season 2 of 'Squid Game' in an interview on the red carpet of '2022 Critics' Choice Awards'.

Director Hwang Dong Hyuk said, "I'm working on it. It hasn't been written down yet, but it's in my head." "Everything is a secret and I can't say anything," but about the character Seong Gi-hoon (Lee Jung Jae), he pointed out, "He will come back and do something for the world."

"Season 1 was the best in Netflix history," he added. After mentioning the box office success, he said, "It's too burdensome for me, but I want to do my best to please those who are waiting for season 2."

Meanwhile, at the American Critics' Choice Awards held in Los Angeles on the same day, 'Squid Game' won the Foreign Language Series Award in the TV category, and Lee Jung Jae won the Best Actor Award.

The 'Squid Game', which was released in September 2021, is a game that 456 participants enjoyed as a child with a prize of 45.6 billion won.

Kim Jaejoong, the famous singer and businessman, recently revealed that he was the victim of a hacking incident involving his Kakao Pay account, raising concerns about his financial safety.

Things only got worse when he was told he would be connected to another representative, only for it to be the same department. He admitted, “I was mentally crushed” after realizing the lack of progress. While he acknowledged that the customer service staff was working hard, he couldn’t help but feel that the system was too weak to handle such incidents.

Fortunately, after two days of struggle, the situation was finally resolved. Kim Jae Joong confirmed that his account was closed and deleted, and luckily, no financial loss occurred. “It was truly a terrifying day,” he shared, relieved that the problem was fixed.

Despite the scary experience, Kim Jaejoong continues to thrive in other areas of his career.
