• "Semantic Error" Kissing Scenes Revealed To Be Suggested By Park So Ham and Park Jae Chan And Weren't Originally in the Script

The behind-the-scenes story was revealed that some kiss scenes in the BL (Boys Love) drama "Semantic Error" were suggested by actors Park Seo Ham and Park Jae Chan.

According to a report by SportsW on March 11th, the director of WATCHA's original drama "Semantic Error" announced that Park Seo Ham and Park Jae Chan added kiss acting in a scene without physical contact.

The director said that the ending of the 8th episode, where Sang Woo (Park Jae Chan)'s feelings burst, was originally bland because there was no touch, but Park Seo Ham, who plays Jae Young, suggested kissing.

It was then announced that the kiss scene of the epilogue was also created by the active character immersion of Park Seo Ham and Park Jae Chan.

The two suggested their opinions, saying that it would be weird if there was no kiss scene after grasping the character's feelings in the play.

The director praised the actors, saying that the scenes became abundant with the perfect teamwork of Park Seo Ham and Park Jae Chan's ideas.

"Semantic Error" is a work that drew attention by gaining favorable reviews for its outstanding acting skills, even though it has a rare genre called BL.

A drama depicting campus romance of two polar opposite youths, Choo Sang Woo, a computer engineering major and 'loner' who's living a perfectly organized life, when a snob designer and 'popular' Jang Jae Yeong came to his life like an error.

"Semantic Error" topped the TOP10 rankings immediately after its release, followed by a successful hit by ranking first in WATCHA's viewing rankings for three consecutive weeks over the weekend.

Meanwhile, Park Seo Ham entered the training center on March 10th. He will receive basic military training and fulfill his duty as a social service worker.
