Actor Jun Ji Hyun purchased an additional building.

According to the real estate industry on March 9, Jun Ji Hyun bought a three-story (1,524 pyeong) commercial building located in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul for about 50.5 billion won in her personal name on February 25.

It is reported that Jun Ji Hyun bought the mall by adding about 20 billion won in cash to the 30.5 billion won received through a real estate mortgage.

Jun Ji Hyun is known as a big player in the real estate industry. Starting with I-Park Samsung Apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where she resides, he owns four large real estate units in Seoul alone, from a shopping center in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to a shopping center in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and a newly purchased shopping center in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. 

The shopping mall in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was purchased in 2008, made a profit by selling it at about 23.5 billion won, which is an increase of about 14.9 billion won from the purchase price.

Jun Ji Hyun appeared in the tvN Saturday-Sunday drama 'Jirisan', which ended in December of last year.
