Netizens sympathized with Kim Tae Ri‘s tearful performance.

In tvN‘s Saturday-Sunday drama “Twenty Five Twenty One“, which aired on March 5th, Na Hee Do (Kim Tae Ri) and Baek Yi Jin (Nam Joo Hyuk) grew up overcoming the gold medal controversy stained by Ko Yu Rim (Bona).

Na Hee Do and Ko Yu Rim played the fencing final in the “Asian Games Final“. The two launched a simultaneous attack, and both lights came on. In response, the referee signed that Na Hee Do won, and Na Hee Do won the gold medal.

However, Ko Yu Rim protested fiercely to the referee and even shed tears on the podium, igniting a dispute over the decision. When reporters poured out questions about the misjudgment, Na Hee Do finally took off the gold medal and left the press conference.

Afterwards, Na Hee Do, who didn’t want to meet her mother, went to a rice soup restaurant and saw an exclusive report prepared by UBS reporter Baek Yi Jin to relieve Na Hee Do‘s injustice.

The report was an interview that Baek Yi Jin visited the referee and asked for difficulty. Na Hee Do dropped her head in sorrow. The elderly at the next table then said,”Na Hee Do, you were amazing during the match yesterday. Congratulations again for winning the gold medal! Please lead Korean fencing going forward. Okay?“. Na Hee Do then burst into tears.

Netizens who saw Kim Tae Ri‘s tearful performance, commented on Naver TV, “I even cried at grandfather’s words“, “The elders are really the best. I cried so much while watching“, “I cried too when Hee Do cried“, “Why is Kim Tae Ri’s acting so good?“, “This scene was one of the best” and “It brings tears to my eyes“.
