NMIXX Bae Tests Positive For COVID-19

BAE, a member of JYP Entertainment’s rookie group NMIXX, was diagnosed with COVID-19

On February 18, JYP Entertainment announced on NMIXX’s official SNS that “Bae was confirmed with Corona 19 on the afternoon of February 17″

Bae showed symptoms of sore throat on the evening February 16. As a result, all members conducted self-diagnosis kit tests. Bae tested positive for the kit, and all members visited the hospital on the morning of February 17 to undergo PCR (gene amplification) testing.

The agency said, “All members have completed the second dose of the vaccine, and during the schedule, we have confirmed that the self-diagnosis kit test is negative. Bae has no symptoms other than a slight fever and sore throat. Lily, Haewon, Seolyun, Genie, Jiu, and Gyujin, who tested negative, are in self-quarantine.”

Due to the confirmation of Bae, the ‘NMIXX Debut Online Press Showcase’, which was scheduled to be held at 2 pm on February 22, was inevitably postponed to 2 pm on March 1.

NMIXX’s debut single ‘AD MARE’ and the title song ‘OO‘ will be officially released on February 22 at 6 pm as scheduled.
