Singer IU gave a meaningful impression while holding the Bonsang in the album category.
The ‘36th Golden Disc Awards‘ is being held with great success at Gocheok Sky Dome, Guro-gu, Seoul on December 8th.
On this day, IU was called the winner of the Bonsang Award in the album category and went on stage with a happy heart.

IU said, “It’s my first schedule for the new year, but I think I was able to start the year in a good mood because I received a meaningful award from Golden Disk.”
She continued, “I’ve appeared on Golden Disc several times since my debut, but I’ve been told that this is the first time I’m receiving a Bonsang for my album.”
IU mentioned her fan club ‘Uena’, saying, “It makes me super excited just knowing that there’s still so many ‘first times’ left to be achieved.”
