“Snowdrop” continued to record sluggish ratings.

According to the rating research company Nielson Korea, the 5th episode of JTBC’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Snowdrop” aired on December 26th, recorded a 2.751% rating based on paid broadcasting households nationwide.

Although its rating rose slightly from 1.689% in the 4th episode, “Snowdrop” continued sluggish performances of not exceeding 3%, its highest rating recorded in episodes 1 and 2.

Amidst the controversy over history distortion, JTBC decided to make a solid move to air 3 episodes for 3 days in a row but failed to achieve better results in terms of ratings.

Meanwhile, episode 28 of KBS 2TV’s weekend drama “Young Lady and Gentleman” reached a nationwide viewership of 35.7%, breaking its own rating record. KBS 1TV’s historical series “The King of Tears, Lee Bang-won” episode 6 recorded 6.7%, while the 6th episode of TV Chosun’s weekend drama “Uncle” was said to end with a nationwide rating of 4.351%.
