Actor Ahn Jae Hong will transform into the male protagonist of the Netflix series 'Mask Girl'.

According to Ten Asia on November 25th, Ahn Jae Hong will appear as the male lead in 'Mask Girl'.

The original webtoon 'Mask Girl' is an ordinary office woman with a severe sense of inferiority in appearance, and is caught up in various incidents while as an internet broadcasting BJ with her face covered with a mask.

The webtoon 'Mask Girl' of the same name, serialized on Naver from 2015 to 2018, was also very popular at the time.

In the drama, Ahn Jae Hong takes on the role of a man who loves Kim as a co-worker at a time when Kim Momi was ignored for being ugly.

Previously, according to Sports Dong-a reports, actress Go Hyun Jung was selected for the role of the main character, Kim Momi.

Kim Momi lives as an ordinary office worker during the day, but in the evening, she uses her superior body to cover her face with a mask and gets involved in various incidents while working as an internet broadcasting BJ.

'Mask Girl' is the next film directed by Kim Yong Hoon of the movie 'Beasts That Cling to Straw' and aims to shoot next year.
