• WYSIWYG Studios Reportedly Plans To Acquire Actor Lee Jung Jae's Agency 'Artist Company'

    Actor Lee Jung-jae, who became a global trend with Netflix's 'Squid Game', is reportedly selling his agency.

    According to an exclusive report by 'OSEN' on November 22nd, WYSIWYG Studio, a media entertainment company, is negotiating to acquire Artist Company.

    Currently, both sides are positively reviewing the acquisition, and it is reported that they have not yet proceeded with specific contract negotiations.

    WYSIWYG Studio has recently taken over Urban Works, entertainment companies such as Raemon Lane, Image 9Coms, and Merry Christmas as subsidiaries, and has emerged as a leading media company.

    In particular, Lee Jung-jae, the representative of Artist Company and his agency, has emerged as the hottest actor in the world right now with his role as Sung Ki-hoon in 'Squid Game'.

    As he is currently raising his stock price, the news of the company's sale is also attracting attention.

    Artist Company was founded in 2016 by Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. Currently, Jung Woo-sung has resigned as CEO and is working as a director.
